This course covers a range of topics, including currently correct language, Professional Etiquette, Assisting the Passengers with a range of disabilities such as Visual/hearing Impairments, Demential and Mental Illnesses, and passengers with walking difficulties. A classroom based half-dy training programme that can accomodate 8 trainees on easch session. ENsure your drivers have the skills to intercat in a politically correct manner with the passengers they are transporting.
